Website Design, Privacy & Terms Policy
Stanton PC

1. Ownership of Work
All code, design, structure, systems, and materials created by Stanton PC remain the intellectual property of Warren F and/or Stanton PC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership is not transferred until full payment has been received.

2. License of Use
Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the completed website for one domain only. This license does not grant ownership of underlying systems, frameworks, or reusable design structures, including Sparrow Website Builder (SWB) technology.

3. Restrictions on Use
The client may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, transfer, resell, sublicense, or reuse the work for additional websites, domains, businesses, or third parties. Reverse engineering, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on the code, design, or underlying systems is prohibited without prior written permission.

4. Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized replication, reuse, or distribution of this work may result in termination of services, revocation of licensing rights, removal of hosted content, takedown requests, or legal action if necessary.

5. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins. Final delivery, launch, and transfer may be withheld until full payment is received. Outstanding balances void any granted license.

6. Hosting & Domain Policy
Hosting services remain under the control of Stanton PC unless transferred. Websites may be suspended or removed for non-payment. Domain ownership is separate and remains the responsibility of the client unless otherwise managed in writing.

7. Third-Party Interference
If a third party attempts to modify, copy, or replicate the work without permission, all support, warranty, and performance responsibility are void.

No portion of the Stanton PC website may be copied, cloned, reverse engineered, or used to create derivative works, or to extract underlying technologies or business practices. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and will be acted upon.

8. Privacy
Information submitted through contact forms or service requests is used only for communication and service fulfillment. Personal information is not sold or distributed to third parties.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging services with Stanton PC, the client agrees to these terms.
